We recommend that you purchase additional Wagner Replacement Gun Filters with your unit. The Wagner 9170 (Recon) comes with one 100 mesh (yellow) filter already in the gun from the manufacture. Gun filters keep your spray tip from clogging. Most coatings even when new contain particulate matter that is harmful to your tip and finish. The Wagner 9170 (Recon) is identical to the SprayTECH 1720 (Recon). The main difference is label and price. We supply these and ship these interchangeably as inventory allows. |
