All products we sell Factory New or Factory Reconditioned and carry the Manufacturer's Warranty.

All customers are entitled to all rights of the manufacturers' warranties. 

Returns on new re-saleable items allowed only if you have received a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from our office, before return.

All returned merchandise to Ernie's Equipment must be new, and complete with all tags attached, and still in original packaging. Returns of new resaleable products will be refunded less 20% restocking fee, if received with approved RMA# and if in new re-saleable condition. No returns on reconditioned, closeout or discontinued products.

No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used, worn or damaged in any way.

Defective items under warranty should be taken or sent to your closest Wagner or Spraytech Service Center.

Ship returns only if you have received a Return Authorization Number (RMA#)

Note:  Parcels returned without RMA# will be declined and returned.

Special Note on shipping costs and general pricing errors:   In the event that the shipping quote or calculation on this site is in error, purchaser or customer agrees to remit the correct shipping costs requested by ErniesEquipment, if error occurs.    This applies even if the order and credit card has been processed, and in the event that ErniesEquipment notifies the customer of the short fall prior to making shipment. 

In the event that an item pricing error exists or occurs on this site and customer is notified prior to shipment - the customer shall have the option of either paying the corrected price of the item or items, or shall be to cancel the order prior to shipment and receive a full refund. This refund policy applies only to pricing errors.
